Smothering him with kisses...
Showing him pictures of his kids. "This is Mohammed. This is Ahmed. And this is Saleh and he's a baby just like you!"
Naturally, showing off his sweet vocal skills and the acoustics of the dome.
And lastly, impersonating Barrack Obama. Last year, when Obama visited Cairo he went to the pyramids, Cairo University and the Sultan Hassan Mosque!
"You know, Obama? Just like this."
It was a pretty good impersonation.
